Free 1 Action 100 Days Challenge – Starts October 10, 2025
What do you want to create more of in your life? What is one Action you have control over that will help you create more of it?
After all, what we focus on, grows, and little bits add up, especially over 100 days!
Join us for this year’s 1 Action 100 Days challenge for daily encouragement and gentle accountability.
Your action can be as personal and as individual as you are!
Past years’ actions have included listening every day, de-cluttering, exercise, going for a walk, drinking more water, paying attention to nutrition, being a good neighbor, writing every day, journaling, learning Russian, photography, working on a project, building connections with others, etc.
Just pick one thing that you have control over to focus on for 100 days.
Something that creates more of what you want or need in your world.
In 2022, my action was to write for at least 7 minutes a day for my own projects (not just for work).
In 2023, I focused on resetting my nutrition as it’s the easiest thing I control to support my energy and healing during a busier than normal season
In 2024, my action is to write a minimum of 7 minutes every day on a specific project.
This year, I’ll taking one action a day towards putting my financials in order for the next season.
You are not alone…
I’ll be working on my action right along with you. As will the other challenge participants. We may be working on different actions, but we’re in it together. Taking action…
One day at a time, one step a time.
Because What we focus on, grows and Little bits add up.
And it’s so much easier to stay with it, when we are each working on our individual actions together.
What one action supports you best right now?
If you don’t know yet, that’s okay. You’ll figure it out along the way.
Inside the challenge we have four over-arching principles:
- What we focus on, grows.
- Little bits add up.
- There is no behind (your pace with gentle accountability support for 100 days)
- Celebrate your wins – no matter how big or small!
The challenge consists of:
— Daily Emails and encouragement
— A private group for gentle accountability and inspiration, as you and I, and others, optionally share your progress and celebrate your wins each week.
You choose to what extent you want to participate and engage. But, if you can, I encourage you to follow along with others journeys, as it will give you additional inspiration and encouragement.
Join us for this year’s 1 Action 100 Days challenge for daily encouragement and gentle accountability.
What to Expect
Gentle Accountability, Inspiration, and Encouragement, centered around our four principles.

My expectation is that you will customize this challenge to who you are, to support your goals, and within the life and commitments you have.
100 Days is a Marathon. We’re in it together…
If you fall down, need to hit the pause button, that’s okay. When you can, simply draw a line in the sand and pick back up… We’ll be here for you…
The goal is not perfection, the goal is to create forward movement, progress towards your goal through your one action. Inviting in more of what you want in your life…
What else can you expect?
TRACKERS
If you like to track your progress across the 100 days, three different formats are included as downloadable PDF files:
– a coloring sheet – to visually show your progress,
– a date-centric tracker that you can either mark off the days or visually color code in a way that works for you
– Monthly calendar pages for October, November, December, and January – these are useful for planning your action taking, and for tracking your actions.
EMAILS
You will also receive a daily email with the link to that day’s post and any extra encouragement or tidbits I’ve shared or others have shared.
Sometimes that’s a quote, or graphic, or a short video.
If you don’t want a daily emails, but do want a weekly reminder, you can request that too.
OFF-SOCIAL PORTAL
If you do not use social media or your action is around limiting or fasting from social media, you will still have access to all the files and materials through the off-social portal.
ACCOUNTABILITY THREADS
Each morning (USA time zones) in our private Facebook group, a daily accountability thread drops. Each day has a little “mantra” or bit of encouragement.
At any time during the day (or the next day) you are welcome to comment and share something about your action taking for the day.
I personally do my accountability posts at the end of my day. You can decide what works for you.
PARTICIPATION
If you have energy and bandwidth for it, I also encourage you to read through and like or comment on others’ posts.
Participating in the the daily accountability threads are optional.
You choose the level of engagement that works for you and what’s going on in your life.
In the past, others have chosen to participate with me every day, some have chosen to post once a week, and some do not post at all, but are reading and being inspired by what is posted.
If this sounds like something that could support you, I invite you to Join in here
FAQ:
Q: What if I don’t know yet what my action will be?
A: That’s okay. You’ll figure out. And it’s not uncommon to an action, and realize it’s not going to work, and to switch to a different action. Test, Try, Adapt, as you need to.
Q: What if I can’t do my action every single day?
A: Do what you can, when you can. Little Bits Add Up, over time. What we Focus on, Grows. Go at your own pace. There is no behind.
Q: How much time will this take?
A: Your action will take however long you decide or it takes. I encourage you to choose your minimum – something that works for your action and your life.
You can always do more when you have the time/energy, but having a very small minimum makes 100 days so much more doable on those days where life is just too full, or when challenges come along that could derail you.
For example, when writing is my action, on busy days, my minimum is to do 7 min of writing each day. It’s amazing how much writing can be accomplished in 7 minutes of focus time – even when I’m tired or don’t feel well.
This year, because I will be having surgery and recovering during the challenge, I chose an action that I could do in as little as 5 minutes, even if I’m under anesthesia or pain meds.
I encourage you to factor in all the commitments and activities you have over this very busy period, and choose an action and the smallest minimum action that will still move in forward – even in micro steps. (Little Bits Always Add Up!)
You might choose to do small bits on some days, and bigger chunks on other days. You may choose choose a rest day and action taking days. You decide.
For engaging with the challenge itself, I recommend setting aside 5-15 min to read the daily email and/or comment on the daily accountability thread, and update your tracker, if you are using one.
Once a week, I encourage you to celebrate your wins. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to really remember all the progress you made during the week.
Q: I have a {activity} planned during this time. What if I get behind?
A: There is no behind! That’s one of our four principles. You get to make the challenge yours for you and your already busy life, during a busy holiday period. You can do as much of the challenge as you wish. You can choose to create a minimum action that supports your schedule and energy level. You can choose to intentionally, knowingly, choose not to do your action for the period of time you need to, and come back and start fresh – or from where you left off. All those little bits of action you take – even imperfectly – even with breaks – still add up and move you closer to your goal.
Know you won’t be alone – others have planned vacations or events as well. I have a planned surgery during the challenge period. Guaranteed you won’t be alone if you need to hit the pause button. It’s a very busy time – that’s why I host the challenge in this part of the year. Our goals are not tied to a schedule, and we often need more support during those busy times.
Q: What if I can’t complete the challenge?
A: That’s okay. Life happens. Priorities change. Events happen.
Every year, at least one person has a major life event that either cause them to take a break, or step away from the challenge. Illnesses, accidents, deaths in the family, natural disasters, business challenges, family challenges… It’s happened during past 1 Action 100 Days challenges. We will wish you well, those who are inclined will pray for you or send you well wishes, and we’ll welcome you back when you are able to come back – or next year.
Q: Will I fit in? Is this for me?
A: You get to decide that. But here’s what I can tell you:
Typically, this challenge attracts busy, growth-minded, creative women who live a life a little off the beaten path
The challenge started in 2022 with people who knew me in some way – through work/business, volunteering, homeschooling, or parenting. It’s expanded each year to include friends and acquaintances of friends and acquaintances and beyond…
Many run small businesses, non-profits, and/or ministries.
Some have or are raising families with special needs kids or neurodivergent kiddos, or have chosen not to have kids at all.
Some are frequent travelers or expats, and others stay closer to home.
Some are homeschooling moms or former homeschooling moms. Some are involved parents with kids in school or college.
Some are on a healing journey, working through or supporting others with health issues or on a healing journey.
Some are transitioning through retirement or transitioning to a new life season.
What always surprises and delights me with this challenge is how everyone has some common thread with at least two other people in the group, and often more.
But bottom line is, you get to decide. If the 1 Action 100 Days challenge premise, the vibe, and the four guiding principles resonate with you, calls to you, you will probably fit in.
