IT Customer Service

I’m no longer consulting, speaking, or writing about IT Communication Skills, IT Soft Skills, or IT Customer Service.  Customer Service expert, Kate Nasser has thankfully taken over the ITCustomerService.com domain and provides excellent resources and information for improving customer service skills among technology professionals. Two other great resources are Naomi Karten and Benjamin Litchenwalner.

For the time being all the quotes, links, and other resources I posted on Twitter as ITSoftSkills still exist, and you are welcome to read through the archives. I encourage you to follow the individuals I recommended, as they are passionate and knowledgable and there is much to learn from them.

My articles can be found in the International Spectrum archives and online. My original Bridging the Gap between Business and Technology blog remains online as well.  For reprint requests or permission to use one of my articles in your internal employee communications or trainings, please contact me.

The IT Customer Service training materials and past International Spectrum training sessions are currently not available for reuse or reprint until after January 2013. If you have a use for them after that time, feel free to contact me to work out arrangements.
